Apple Mac Native
A world favourite platform gets a new favourite app. The native desktop app for MacOS gives Coco a permanent home in your dock.
All in one place
A control panel for you to monitor, write and update all your Coco business and personal accounts on your desktop, not in your browser.
Speed is a feature
The desktop app builds upon the already fast Coco for Web by bundling the entire site as a local copy. You get near-instant page-loads and less waiting around.
Focus on your stuff
Write and update with no other browser tabs to distract you. Switch easily between all your favourite desktop apps.
Not one size fits all
We all use different size screens. The Coco desktop app can scale to any size. Do you need a small window on the side to keep your eye on notifications, or do want to expand to a truly full screen for a zen writing experience? Take your pick.
Apple Macs have quietly grown market share globally and made Apple the largest company on the planet for years. This is partially because of the device ecosystem that offers numerous efficiency and reliability benefits which we see as more than simply useful. If a Doctor or small business owner spends 15 minutes a day less on maintenance or typing passwords because Apple automates these areas and many others, then they can probably fit in one more consultation or get home early in time for dinner with the family,
How Does It Work?
Most of our data storage and business logic is shared across products and channels. For example native apps are a channel just as web is a channel, the technology and features (eg native sensors) may vary but we try to share as many product level and enterprise capabilities as possible which keeps the experience consistent, quality high, security consistently managed and performance predictable.
What About Other Operating Systems?
We are in the process of prioritising other platforms and expect to support most mainstream desktop OS including Windows and Linux in addition to our existing commitment to web, IOS and Android.
