BUSINESS is for community groups, provider services, product/service retailers, commercial businesses, government services, community clinics, dentists, doctors, specialists, wellness, acupuncture, vets etc.

Coco Personal Plans

Personal plans are for individual persons such as yourself, your family, friends, neighbours, carers, colleagues and more. Plans range from free for developing countries to professional paid plans for those that need more features and capacity or wish to sponsor others as a patron.

Free Personal Plan

FREE for individuals for life. Access to all basic features including personal records and services marketplace.

Personal Standard Plan

Consider this a donation to help us provide the free plan to those who need it.

Note: We expect pricing to be around $12-25 per annum or $1-2 per month depending on final cost models and jurisdiction. We think $59 for a 3-5 year plan is probably optimal since it helps our early cash flow and avoids need to ask for renewal while our features and network effect grow in the early years of coco.

Personal Premium Plan

Consider this a donation to help us provide the free plan to those who need it and help to keep the personal plan as low cost as possible so it can reach more people too.

Advanced features for heavy duty users who exceed practical ‘reasonable use’ guidelines such as storage or need extra features such as integration with other apps or access to more powerful features such as DNA analysis, predictive modelling (machine learning / artificial intelligence) and visual reporting.

Coco Business Plans

Business plans are for community, commercial and non-commercial organisations including charities, small business, general SMEs, groups, communities, clinics, retailers, health, wellness, departments within a larger organisation and much more.

Plans start from free for developing countries and community clinics up to professional paid plans for those that need more features and capacity or whish to sponsor others as a patron.

Business Free Plan

Free one month trial for everyone for a limited time. Free ongoing for community providers and groups who qualify, eg developing countries, solo providers in remote or needy areas, charities, for-purpose, social support groups who don’t need all features, lots more categories here too just ask.

Business Standard Plan

Consider this a donation to help us provide free plans to more of those who need it or are helping those same people and others as a service provider.

Some reasonable usage limits apply to help maintain cost efficient and practical service levels. In very general terms this means unlimited users and generous but limited storage.

Business Premium Plan

Consider this a donation to help us provide the free plans to more of those who need it or are helping those same people and others as a service provider.

Some reasonable usage limits apply but they are very generous, this plan also has additional storage and extra advanced features.

Coco Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans are similar to business plans except they enable you to manage multiple businesses or departments such as SME franchise networks, larger organisations such as hospitals and organisations with multiple departments requiring a mix of federated independence and some central visibility and consolidation.

There are no free enterprise plans.

Profit is not our primary motive. We want to help people have better lives and we want you to be happy and confident of your choice. So we also provide a list of third party alternatives (competitors in one or more features) from the market. Please contact us if you would like to suggest others.

Prices are in standardised globally and are in USD unless otherwise indicated.

Note: Pricing Certainty

We are running a series of experiments to establish what pricing models really work (since we are a for-purpose service not for-profit) most users will be on the free plan but we need to subsidise them with paid plans.

Once prices are set they will be stable for long periods of time except for force major, inflation, market condition changes and our cost recovery and product development/funding model.

There are also very large capacity-to-pay differences eg between developing countries and developed countries or for expatriates in a developing country vs local citizens or for digital nomads from developing countries working physically or virtually in a developed country. We need to balance reach vs financial stability for all stakeholders.

Note: Privacy & Permissions

We take privacy extremely seriously, protecting your data and giving you control of your data are two of our key goals.

We will ask you to consider optionally (via messages in the app as you use it) to please consider –

• sharing the link with your family, friends and community eg university, sporting or social group, it can help them too
• giving feedback when you have time, you can give us a star rating, and also write or talk to us using voice
• answering research surveys sometimes, it is your choice
• asking your local service providers to use coco, this helps them and you and your community
• allowing us to share your data anonymously (eg average age in a township and ratio of people to service provider categories eg number of children under five per hospital. Shared data will be anonymous. If you chose to share your data without anonymity you can do that too and it will help researchers improve services to you.
• allowing us to retain your records for anonymous research after you stop using the system, it is your choice.
